My name is Szabolcs Szilva. I am Hungarian and I live in Warsaw, Poland.
In high-school, I realized that I had a gift for learning foreign languages. I started learning Esperanto. Originally, I learned it to get a language certificate, but over the time I learned how much I can achieve with it. Esperanto has enabled me to travel around the world. Learning other languages was not so difficult any more. While studying economics in Székesfehérvár (Hungary) I spent 1.5 years in Warsaw as part of the Erasmus program. During my studies in Poland I learnt Polish. I graduated in interlinguistics at the University of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and Finno-Ugric philology at the University of Warsaw. I am currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Modern Languages at the University of Warsaw.
I am happy to do anything related to languages. I speak Hungarian, Esperanto, English, Polish, German and Finnish. I also know many other languages at the basic level. I am currently teaching, translating and constantly improving my skills.
